Me

Growing up in the coastal and bustling port city of Chittagong ignited my passion for Naval Engineering, which I further honed during my tenure with Cornell University's Autonomous Sailboat project team. Collaborating with fellow engineers, we undertook the exciting challenge of designing and manufacturing an autonomous boat, leveraging software tools like Matlab and Ansys to simulate real-world conditions and enhance our fabrication techniques. I am driven by the prospect of continually advancing these skills as I transition into the industry, where I aim to tackle unique challenges within the field.

Driven by my passion for infrastructure development and its transformative impact on communities, I am eager to connect with experienced professionals and learn from their expertise. With a strong foundation in engineering and business, I am motivated to immerse myself in the intricacies of infrastructure projects, seeking hands-on experiences through internships and cooperative programs to contribute meaningfully to the field.

Looking ahead, I envision myself as an Engineer making significant contributions to either of these industries, collaborating with key stakeholders to address complex issues such as aerodynamics, hydrodynamics, accident analysis, system optimization, and load management—insights gleaned from my internship at Seaways Marine Engineering Ltd and Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. As part of these endeavors, I aspire to enhance infrastructure dynamics and mechanics while fostering better design practices.

Beyond my passion for engineering and STEM, I am dedicated to maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Whether it's engaging in workouts, volunteering within my local community, or exploring diverse cultures and traditions through literature and cinema, I relish every opportunity for personal growth and enrichment.
